Decoding Vocal Sampling - Inside the Vocal Orchestra GRAMMY Award–winning Bam Rodríguez reveals how Vocal Sampling recreates Afro-Cuban ensembles entirely with voice. Centered on La Negra Tomasa, the session includes warm-ups, guided listening, and historical context. Participants decode bass, percussion, brass, and harmonies, then practice simplified vocal “instruments.” If time allows, a short group performance concludes the workshop, followed by Q&A. |
